Complaint case.
F.C.Burgess, Esq., 27-RY.

With reference to our telephone conversation of this afternoon. I have since telephoned Mr. Chichester and we have now got the position definitely, as follows :

Abbotts, coachbuilders at Farnham, have undertaken to have the car ready at their Works for Mrs. Burgess' driver, Farrow, to collect at 9 a.m. on Monday morning next the 14th.

He will immediately drive it to Mrs. Burgess' address, which is Llanfoist, Clifton Down, Bristol, and it is anticipated that he will not arrive there much before 11 a.m.

Mrs. Burgess has promised Cr.{Mr Cra???ster / Mr Chichester} that she will go out with you and the driver on a test of the car. If then you can get to the Bristol address by 11 o'clock on Monday morning, all will be well, and we hope you will be able to devise some means of improving the springing for use over the Whitsun holiday, even if some more definite alteration may be required later.

We would add that if by any chance Mrs. Burgess is not available to try the car with you, you will be in order in following out the driver's instructions as Mr. Burgess in one of his letters was annoyed that we had not already taken his driver's view as to the alterations required.
