Query regarding the lubrication mileage for the propeller shaft universal joint.

The question has been raised by Mr Royce that it is not necessary to inject a syringe full of oil into the universal joint on the propeller shaft for 500 miles, as stated on page 11 par.6 of the Instruction Book, and he suggests that it must be altered.
