Dear Sirs,
We understand from our Mr. W.O.Kennington that when he was with you in Derby on Monday last, you mentioned to him the fact that your Mr. Evans had advised you that we had been in touch with him in regard to fitting Philco Car Radio sets to your Phantom III model.
It was suggested that one of our representatives familiar with this job should come to Derby to see you, so that we could detail our ideas in connection with these installations and make quite sure that such installations were duly approved by you. We should very much like to do this and perhaps you would be kind enough to advise us what would be a suitable time and day for our representative to call.
