HKl/AW.26.4.28.

I enclose price-list of standard Bugatti cars, and also a list of four second-hand cars showing prices, these latter being of the straight-eight type, but you perhaps require to get hold of one of the big models, of which only very few have been turned out. This may be rather difficult, but I am having enquiries made, and will let you know as soon as I have any further news on the subject.

In the course of a conversation with Mr Bugatti some time back, he offered me one of his new big cars for a trial any time I liked. So far, I have not availed myself of Mr.Bugatti's offer, but if you so desire, I could arrange to have this car as soon as I know when you are likely to be in Paris so that you could try it with me.

However, in accordance with information from outside sources, this car does not appear to be a great success, and a good many alterations are likely to be made before this car is put on the market as a standard type.
