REMARKS.
20 HP. & Early 20/25 HP - Exhaust Manifolds with cooling fins are now available. Depot Sheet Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}229.
Ph.I - Expansion Allowance now increased & malleable castings available. Also sliding joint type of exhaust manifold being tried out for extreme cases.
Ph.II - Flange bosses now thickened up to prevent cracking.

EXHAUST SILENCER CORRODED.

20/25 HP - New steel washers with all copper shell, instead of half brass and half copper, are now available.

This trouble on Ph.II is caused by the sliding joint not working, and is definitely cured by modifying the sliding joint as per Depot Sheet No. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}199 and fitting an additional stay to the rear silencer as per Depot Sheet No. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}218.
