Simplified Synchromesh Scheme - Rationalised Gearbox. Will you please make the following parts, drawings of which are attached - Section 6030. RG.{Mr Rowledge}120 DC Operating Fork 1 off. Section 6040. RG.{Mr Rowledge}113 3rd. speed driven gear 1 off. RG.{Mr Rowledge}114 3rd. & 4th. Sliding Piece. 1 off. RG.{Mr Rowledge}115 DC.Cone Housing) Alternatives 1 off. RG.{Mr Rowledge}116 DC Cone Housing) RG.{Mr Rowledge}117 Actuating Ring 1 off. RG.{Mr Rowledge}118 Spring (Sliding Piece) 6 off. RG.{Mr Rowledge}119 Locating Pin 3 off. The following parts will also be required :- Section 6040. .250 Dia. steel balls (Sliding Piece) 6 off. As an alternative, a one piece casting embodying both cones and sleeve has been made. Please note that the slots in the cones are now cast. The 1st. Motion shaft is unaltered, the 3rd. speed driven Gear RG.{Mr Rowledge}113 can be made from the existing piece GB.4193 and existing cones GB.3959 can be used.
