To Wcr. From Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}17/HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5.35 - 2 - I hope you will understand that I am not worrying about the petrol consumption from any other point of view than the customer's, and it appears to be quite evident that this feature is worse on the new carburetter than on the old. I should like to know what E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} has to say on this subject because it really means that in answer to the question - what has the customer got out of the new carburetter - it means that he has lost several miles to the gallon and the chief gain is the absence of a tendency to spit back which used to be a characteristic feature. Please accept my thanks for the trouble taken over my car which, generally speaking, is now very nice. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
