Revisions to electric cable specifications for the 40/50 Chassis and Goshawk II models.

Please receive herewith one complete set of specifications which cover all the Electric Cable in use, both on 40/50, Chassis and Goshawk II. These specifications have recently been revised and submitted to Messrs Glover, who inform us that they are now expressed in such terms as will be readily understood by any cable maker. The following points should be noted:- 1. Specification 257. has been deleted, as we find that there is so little difference between this specification and 261. and that Specification 261. will suffice for both purposes. 2. We have laid stress on the point that the out side diameters of the cable as now shown on the specification are the absolute maximum permissible. This is a point which Messrs Glovers have over-looked in making the cable for Goshawk II. | ||
