X. 4338 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To: E.F.C. Order No.: AC. 48 Customer's No.: X. 16 April 1925 Voltage of 20 h.p. Electrical System. A fully charged chassis battery, standing at 13.85 volts O.C, was connected on the bench by wiring approximately equivalent to that of the chassis, to a standard 20-h.p dynamo (Nº 600 A), the latter being in a cold condition. The dynamo was speeded up until the peak output was reached. This occurred at between 1300 and 1400 rpm, the output being 16.0 ampères and the dynamo terminal voltage 19.2. The battery used was a P.&R. {Sir Henry Royce} TBD.Y. A similar test was made using (Contd) This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
