Re. Professor Dodd 34-GA

As far as my knowledge goes there has only been one set of faulty plugs taken out of the above car.

Prior to taking out the set which you now have running, I did take out the original set and replace them with the latest 850 type of plug. This was done not because the plugs were actually giving trouble but just to make sure that we had got the latest plug we knew of at that time.

Three weeks ago when I last spoke to Professor Dodd the engine was running quite all right and with no signs of missing. He was still running so. At that time I gave to him a special set of plugs which I obtained from you and he was going to carry these on the car in case he had any further trouble. Therefore, as far as I know only one set have proved faulty, and these are the plugs which you say are still running satisfactory on B-23-AE
