Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}2/R.11.9.35. SPECTRECodename for Phantom III - OR PHANTOM III'S. Will By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} please release, and will Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} please order, 200 sets of material for production. This applies, of course, to those parts only, upon which we are certain there will be no alterations. The production programme should be arranged so that we commence to put on test at least 5 per week, in order that we may deliver 5 per week to Sales from the middle of May next. It is very essential, therefore, that the Tool Designers - and Ws. has already had instructions to this effect - go full steam ahead on the designing of jigs and tools without delay, in order that the production programme can be adhered to.
