WRAITH CHANGE GEAR MECHANISM.

Re your memo By/NS.{Norman Scott}2/G.19.11.38., as the
change gear shaft in S/N has only completed 983 miles, we are
quite unable to form an opinion as to its durability.

We should have been able to take more interest
in this matter had we been sent a copy of the original memo,
and so been aware that such a shaft existed.
