Dear Mr. Robotham,

This will serve to confirm the request I made to you during my visit to your factory on May 17th when we discussed the glider launching winch, which has been the subject of correspondence from this Ministry and the Central Landing Establishment, Ringway.

We shall be grateful if you will supply as soon as possible -

(a) An estimate of your changes covering the design only

(b) Your estimated date for completion of the design work.

(c) General Arrangement drawings or sketches with a technical description of the winch.

Please send the above data per registered package addressed to this Ministry and marked for the attention of Mr. H.F. Vessey, R.D.T.4.
