| Distribution of "Regulations" 1. There are 44 Pay Stations in the Works. 2. Will all Supts. see that two men are told off for each Pay station in their respective depts. 3. These two men to be responsible for obtaining a sufficient number of Booklets and envelopes for the number of men paid at their station. 4. Booklets and envelopes to be obtained from Stationery Stores. 5. All Booklets to be placed in their envelopes before distribution. 6. Attached is a list of Pay stations, their location and the number of employees paid at each. 7. Obtain 5% more Booklets than the numbers given for eventualities etc. 8. The two Distributers at each Pay station to retain one copy each for themselves. 9. Booklets and envelopes for Nightshift workers should be obtained prior to 5.30 p.m. Friday July 9th. Will Mr. Cabell make the necessary arrangements to have his supply ready by 9.10 p.m. and the necessary numbers of "distributers" in attendance? | ||
