Dear Mr De Looze
With reference to your letter of the 17th inst. I have decided to come up to Derby after the August holidays, the week starting Aug: 11th when I hope to get the furniture etc.. removed & at the same time to see you, if I may, on the subject of the sale of the house.
I have no intention of doing anything in that matter without yours & Mr Nulto's advice.
Yours sincerely,
Gertrude M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Halliwell.
