Referring to the standard set of feelers we at present use, Mr. Royce proposes to revise these so as to make them cover the requirements of both chassis, and be more simple and yet more generally useful. Set out below are the different thicknesses of feeler blades required, as compared with the existing set. Existing blades and markings. .002" or .05 m/m .004" or .10 m/m .010" or .254m/m .014" or .35 m/m Magneto Contact maker. .020" or .508 m/m Magneto Plug. .025" or .635 m/m .030" or .762 m/m Battery Plug. Proposed blades and markings. .002" 40/50 Valve Tappets. .005" 20 HP. Valve Rockers. .010" .015" Battery & Mag. Contact Maker. .020" .025 All Sparking Plugs.
