Mr. Park of Park Wards is sailing for America on the "Majestic" on the 27th November. He is staying at the Vanderbilt Hotel, New York.

He is coming over purely on the question of rust prevention on bodies. The position has arisen where the all-steel body has run 15,000 miles in France and has stood up far better than any other body we have run. Sales, however, are very frightened of the rust question. Mr. Park is therefore going over to find out all he can.

The most useful person I contacted with in Detroit was an ex-Rolls-Royce man who was at Briggs Bodies. There is probably somebody in the Fisher organisation who can help you also. If you could contact with these people and then let Park know who they are and where to get in touch with them when he arrives, this would help the job along.

We are interested in your remarks re cadmium bearings. What is being evolved to take their place ? Is lead bronze still retaining its popularity or not ? We are somewhat puzzled by your report because Ford Motors, England, are just going over to cadmium bearings.
