-----------------------

The above memo signed by you appears to contain an inaccurate statement -viz:- "Number of cylinders - 6".

If you desire an ordinary licence obtaining, the correct number of cylinders must be disclosed. If you do not wish to disclose this information your only alternative is to run on Trade plates, which is the correct procedure. I am not prepared knowingly to make or allow to be made an application for a licence unless the information required to be supplied to the Licensing Authority is correct.

In regard to the "SpectreCodename for Phantom III" car which is already licensed, and for which the licence was procured on inaccurate information supplied by you, I am proposing to surrender this licence after which it should be run on Trade plates.

Wn.
