I have advised Springfield you are replying direct to the query contained in their Cable reading:

"Have you any developments on Bumpers of "English manufacture? ....

In case you are unaware of it, I might add that Wilmot-Breeden Limited, of Eastern Works, Birmingham, are producing Bumpers in large quantities - in fact I believe they are the biggest makers in the country to-day.
