Dear Dick,

Since you were so successful in getting the other two letters into "The Autocar", I wonder whether I could presume upon your good nature again and ask you to deal with the enclosed correspondence to "The Motor". They are in reply to a rather unintelligent letter which was published last week and which you probably saw.

We are looking forward to seeing you again shortly. When do you open your season at Cavendish ?
