Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} has requested me to write to you to see whether it is possible for you to engage or supply us with a stenographer who knows English and French, for the work at Châteauroux. We require someone with a good knowledge of French so that in case of any trouble arising we are better equipped to deal with such matter.
