CHASSIS 23-EX.-

We have held the car up owing to the failure of the Battery Box Flange. We have fitted a reénforced flange to try and prevent this flange from failing. We herewith send you a [handwritten correction: sketch] squeach showing were the flange failed and [handwritten correction: how] who we have refitted it up. This is the part that as broken previously on other cars.
