Oy-1 - 3 - A by-product of this scheme is to make any Servo action on the average passenger car unnecessary since the whole of the pedal-travel can be used for leverage, without any allowance for wear of the liners. I haven't thought much about this, but it seems interesting, and if I can find anything more about it, and if you are interested, will write you. Kindest regards Yours very truly, Maurice Olley B Encl. 1 P.S. By the way - in connection with the use of the Maybach Clutch in the Pearson-Neracher box, this is all covered as to patents with Maybach for use in this country. If however, you decided to use this in an internal-gear transmission, it should be pointed out to any representative of the Maybach patents in England that this particular device is the Pearson-Neracher application and some division of royalty will need to be arranged. The box should be ready for shipment in about two weeks. | ||
