Re License Holders.

This is to confirm having handed to you this morning two specimens of license holders, one made by the Cowey Engineering Co., and the other by Messrs Fisher & Ludlow.
I would be much obliged if you could fix these on to a car and let us have some small comment in the course of the next day or two, as it is necessary to choose a license holder immediately, in order to get the necessary quantity by Jan:31st.
