(19) The head lining on the roof worked loose over the passengers head in the rear of the body.

(20) The position of the petrol fillers was pointed out, these were altered by Vanvooren apparently and petrol pours out of the vent pipe when the tank is full.

Tyre particulars of 14.B.V.

O.S.F. Avon light tread 43 miles at 100 m.p.h. on Brooklands at 40 lbs.sq. pressure (did not fail, still running approximately 3,000 miles.

N.S.F. Avon light tread various positions on the car 19 miles at 97 m.p.h. at 31 lbs.sq. pressure hot and 48 miles at 100 m.p.h. at 40 lbs.sq. pressure.

Failed after approx. 2,100 miles road work including Autostrada.

N.S.R. Avon Medium. No high speed track running, tread thrown after 30 miles at 100 m.p.h. 40 sq.lbs.

N.S.R. Avon light had previously run 25 miles at 100 m.p.h. at 48 lbs pressure on Brooklands.

Failed after 50 miles 85.90 m.p.h. on autostrada (This had been spare tyre).

O.S.R. Avon medium had no Brooklands running 1,344 miles rear subsequently 725 on N.S.F. did not fail.
