CAR ENGINE PATTERNS.
--------------------

Further to my conversation with Mr. Bradley, will you kindly let us know the true position of the patterns for producing the six cylinder cast iron crankcases, and the eight cylinder cast iron and aluminium crank-cases.

For your guidance we attach a list showing the sequence of modification as issued from the Drawing Office.

For record purposes, we would like to know the state of completion of patterns to produce:-

1. Cast iron six (a) RE. 106 )
(b) RE. 693 )
(c) RE. 136 )
(d) RE. 269 )

2. Cast iron six EB.4918

3. " " eight RE. 971

4. Aluminium " " EB.5079
