IT IS NECESSARY TO DRAW ATTENTION TO INSTRUCTIONS

WITH REGARD TO HIGH SPEED DRIVING AROUND CHATEAUROUX

LAST NAMED MEMO WAS CIRCULATED IT HAS BEEN FOUND

NECESSARY TO DISCHARGE A DRIVER FOR NEGLIGENCE.

WE EMPHASISED VERY CLEARLY THAT DRIVERS AT CHATEAUROUX

ARE NOT EXPECTED TO AVERAGE HIGH SPEEDS AND THEY MUST
