G.W. Hancock, Esq., Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, France. x4013 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}15/KW.31.12.34. High Compression Cylinder Head. Your report was somewhat inconclusive. Sr. however has written to say that he wants this head on his new 20/25 demonstration car. I think before we accede to his request we should have a little more information on this cylinder head, because it does not seem worth while to introduce the complication of non-standard parts when so little benefit is gained. I have asked Sr. to let you have the head and governor off Poberejsky's car if this can be done. If this cannot be managed, cable me and I will prepare another head, but I do not want to do this unless it is essential. We attach curves showing that there should be some gain from this head.
