To Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Copy to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} C. x7940. re 26-EX Car. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}7/ESO.10.30 Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/AD27.10.30 it appears quite evident that this car is too far in advance of production to enable us to sell it or use it anywhere in the Company's service. It ought not to be seen about until N.2. series are not only in production but beginning to get in the hands of owners. It seems to me, therefore, that the best thing is for it to remain at the Works, but as Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} told me quite clearly that he did not want it, I suggest that action should be taken to see that it is covered up and not used. It should still appear on their quarterly return of experimental cars and I will have it dealt with as regards sales as soon as occasion permits. Sg.{Arthur F.
