The vulcasbestos used in the above was because we asked for asbestos and some firm recommended the above and it was agreed to use it. We suggest you examine one of the above packing pieces after it has been used in a resistance to see whether its condition has altered. We ought to decide whether we are right in using the present material or whether to obtain asbestos for future supplies.
