Referring to E.4/HP.4.4.34 I have read all that is said with interest.

There is just one point that I would ask you to bear in mind and that is that presumably whatever scheme is adopted at the front would not be useable for the back, but it would be helpful to try to scheme things so that the one handle will operate both jacks.

Even the one jack handle is a difficult thing to stow and carry and we certainly want to avoid having two if we can.
