I was proceeding to Birmingham via Castle Bromwich with the Hispano Suiza Car (XM.3790) when I missed the turn to the right at the cross roads and carried straight on towards Coleshill for about 100 yds. The road hereabouts was about 40 ft. wide.
Realizing I was on the wrong road I slowed up and turned into the first available opening on the near side of the road. Whilst in this position I heard some-one shout and a motor-cycle and side-car, which must have been following us, swerved to the off-side, catching our near side rear wing at the bottom and denting it slightly. This impact caused the motor-cycle to turn over on to the driver and two passengers causing injuries to their head and legs. At the time of the impact the car was stationary.
The owner of the Motor-cycle's name and address is - J.H. Lines, 13, Ashley Rd., Gravelly Hill, Birmingham.
W. Brazier (9045)
Passenger - F.{Mr Friese} Harvey (9069)
