Car Universal Single Cylinder Unit.
Bentley Cylinder Head.
We send you herewith two prints of RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}313 of a modified exhaust valve for the standard Bentley head on the above unit. The recent failure which scrapped the head was caused by the head coming off an obsolete type of exhaust valve.
It will be necessary to make a new head to EB.1517 to replace the one that failed, as this head is used as the standard of comparison on the unit.
