DERBY.

Dear Sir,

With reference to yesterday's visit to your office, the writer wishes to confirm that we hope to be in production on leaf springs before the end of the year, and shall advise you at the earliest moment when we shall be in a position to submit samples of valve springs.

The writer also wishes to confirm that Mr. Frank Woodhead and himself will visit you sometime in November, and in the meantime will be glad to have the sample of waxed paper you mentioned.

Opportunity is taken to thank you for the blueprint of the Bentley Leaf Spring, and for the time you spent in discussing springs.

Yours very truly,
For and on behalf of
TOLEDO WOODHEAD SPRINGS LIMITED.
