261 W/S. C. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/R.31.5.37. B.186-GA - E.G. Kleinwort. Replying to C2/C27.5.37, from the correspond-ence you attach it would appear that Mr. Kleinwort has got a fixed preference for increased braking on his front wheels. The fact that he likes the Packard is in-dicative of this as, in our opinion, this car has far too much braking on the front. We have recently fixed up Raymond Mays with non-standard braking proportions, and he is delighted with the result. If you feel it is worth going to the same trouble with Mr. Kleinwort we can fix him up if you will let us have the car at the Works, and give us a few days' notice.
