Referring to the above, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} reports as follows:-

R.{Sir Henry Royce} is very pleased with the Dunlop wheels on this car. He is very keen on the R.W. His opinion is that if there is any advantage to he found in the Dunlop, we should not consider that they cost £10 per car more.
