For the attention of Mr. Sharne.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter dated 26th together with a drawing of the Salmson wheel and hub.

I notice that on the first page of your leaflet on Jordon Central Lock Wheels you show a wire wheel with a hezagon nat. As we prefer the aprrance of the wire wheel I should be very grateful if you could let us have a cross section drawing of this wire wheel.

It appears that the spoking for a wire wheel necessitates a long hub, and as our whole interest in this hub is in order to obtain a short hub, we are wondering if wire wheels are possible.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
