Communication regarding a report on Balloon Tyres, supply from Dunlop, and the effect on turning circles for 20 HP and 40/50 HP cars.

With reference to letter from Mr. Fuller, Springfield dated 7th. inst. attached. We sent a complete report on Balloon tyres (copy to CJ) ref. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG21.1.24. We stated in that report that Messrs. Dunlop have agreed to supply us with further sets of Balloon tyres which are 1" less in diameter for both 20 HP. and 40/50 HP. cars. When we have received these tyres we will supply the necessary information as regards the reduction in turning circle. Particulars of the turning circle with balloon tyres were sent to CJ. ref.
