The object of suspending the power unit in this manner is to eliminate as far as possible the torque reaction vibration which occurs at about 20 m.p.h. on the Goshawk. There are one or two details of the bolting not completed on LeC.1763 but we think you will be able to do this at Derby. You will notice that the lower member of the truss on this drawing is removable, enabling the lower half of the crankcase to be detached.
