Volumetric Efficiency

They are just beginning to realize the inefficiency of the NORMAL valve port here. G.M. Laboratory are starting some flow tests on almost exactly the same lines as the ones we carried out. At the moment we are ahead of them here. I feel it is so important in gaining silence and a better slow running job for the same power output that we would do well to make up a complete cylinder head to Le C.3673 and try it on the ENGINE rather than wait for the single cylinder test that may take 12 months.

Clutches

The two plate clutch I have so far tried seem to require a tremendous pedal travel. Will investigate this.
