Dear Robotham,

I have not previously replied to yours of the 9th September, Ref. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/ET, in view of Moss' visit. Upon his return he explained that, whilst he did not show you the actual coloured facia, he submitted a photograph of the effort. Frankly, I would much rather you had seen Walton's actual preparation.

However, I understand your own Draughtsman is preparing a scheme and the proposal is that when he has completed it we make a comparison in the endeavour to finalise a design. If you would like Walton's original effort sent along will you kindly let me know. If necessary he can visit you at the same time.

Sincerely yours,

Charles W. Marsh

From
C.W. Nichols.
