- 2 - BY1/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 13.5.25. ---------- my opinion it takes more knowledge to drive with FWB. than without. It is agreed the driver who had the accident in France took the blame on himself and exonerated brakes. He was honest and willing to face the consequences and on second thoughts could not see he had made any effort to avoid going over the bank and his outstanding honesty led him to say it was his own fault, but I did not and do not now agree his later views were a correct estimate of the matter. The same trouble will recur at intervals. I am sure R.{Sir Henry Royce} appreciates this, but considers the other benefits of increased stopping capacity and better control on steep loose hills more than counter-balances it. 1864 BY.{R.W.
