To Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /GB. from Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /ET. 1282 Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /ET.2/4.9.41. Reginald PRINCE - Check No. 10901. This boy has received coupons for 8 gallons of petrol, which is the allowance he has been receiving for coming from Matlock to Clan on a Motor cycle. He has recently started using a car, and bringing three others with him to the Clan Foundry. He applied for an increased allowance of petrol some time ago and had been told that he could not have any more for August, as that month was nearly finished, but that he would be given more for September. Can you let him have the balance please. Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /ET. | ||
