RF x4(1) c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} BY1/G.3.9.30. RE CHASSIS 70-WJ. BARODA. NRC{N. R. Chandler}15/G.1.8.30. [Stamp: RECEIVED 4 SEP 1930] We think that if and when our carburetter is fitted for America with a gauze air cleaner that this should also be applied to other countries, such as India and probably Australia. CYLINDERS. With reference to the wear of the cylinder blocks, it would certainly appear that rusting must have taken place during transit, although our arrangements have always been considered sufficiently adequate to prevent not only corrosion in the cylinders but in the ball races as well. We had the latter trouble when we did not have the former. The cost of the job will of course be policy. We return memo quoted above. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} BM | ||
