| Contd:-2- Whilst standing by the roadside yesterday with the engine running an extraordinary buzzing noise was traced to the radiator shutters all vibrating, the shutters of course being open. I appreciate that one does not hear this when driving the car but when standing under those conditions it is of course very objectionable. The speed lever, designed to overcome the rattle of the knob in the old type lever, seems to rattle worse than the old levers. The chatter seems to come now from the base of the lever instead of the top. If the instrument panel fitted to this car is the standard one, which presumably it is, we shall have to try and improve the finish, because it looked unworthy of the car. I am asking W. about this. A very fascinating car to drive, and it attracts a great deal of attention from the Public. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} | ||
