Attached is a copy of the report on the dynamo which it is proposed to standardise on the P.III. It does appear from the lower cutting-in speed that it is essential to run the dynamo at 1 1/4 engine speed, otherwise customers in London traffic may actually be worse off than at present, particularly if they use the overdrive continuously.
