My dear Robotham,

I wonder how you are getting on?

Here we work our guts out with no apparent result. I am on the anti night bomber business & we think we make progress & then slip back.

I don't know whether to sell my 4 1/4 Bentley for 1150 or not. It's almost new. Overhauled to the last nut & bolt, rebored, new tyres etc & only done 5000 since, rather an exceptional car.

I have two Frazer Nash BMWs & am going to sell one. 1938 Type 320, 2 door saloon, ugly but rattle proof. Car as new, 25 mpg. a beautiful 6 cyl 17 HP engine, the whole job quite a miniature Bentley.
