X.4473. MAGNETO H.T. WIRES PHANTOM I AND II.

W.W. do not agree to the turning round of the tube 180° and shortening the wires. They have sent a new design Lec.2849 of tube with the wires arranged to prevent them becoming burnt. This arrangement will be brought into production on the next series of cars. For N.2. series a heat screen is being fitted.
