Dear Sir,
We have pleasure in enclosing for your test a pair of our RODE Anti-Dazzle Flat Topped Beam BULBS which when fitted to the Head Lamps of a Car immediately convert those Lamps to Anti-Dazzle STRAIGHT BEAM and so obviate the expense of Anti-Dazzle Auxiliary Lamps such as Trippe, Notek, Meteor and Lucas FT Series.
These bulbs have been tested by Mr Throssell of the Daily Telegraph who published in that paper that these bulbs in his head Lamps are absolutely anti-dazzle high speeds [illegible] except when topping a rise.
In view of anti-dazzle regulations and to prevent the dipping method for passing oncoming cars or switching from head lamps to auxiliary lamps which undoubtedly diverts the drivers attention, we are of the opinion that Motor Manufacturers ought to supply head lamps which are at once anti-dazzle.
Yours faithfully
