I have today signed this, being satisfied that if the scheme is fixed up as I tried on 22-EX yesterday, the Exhaust noise is O.K. I still however, consider, that in view of the trouble we have experienced on the Phantom I with piston knocks when cold, overoiling, and seizing up, that we should simultaneously standardise, if satisfactory some "extra oil supply" scheme, which, I understand, you have in hand experimentally.
